Given the current challenges, including the ongoing conflicts with the medical association, I feel the weight of responsibility in leading the 16th Board of Directors. Nonetheless, I am grateful for the efforts that have allowed the society to thrive and steadily gain public recognition.
While we may see a decrease in new members due to the ongoing situation, I will focus on supporting our existing members, especially younger ones, to ensure a fulfilling and insightful experience. I will also work to revitalize regional societies and enhance their participation and satisfaction.
We will continue advocating for essential medical services and ensure our society plays a key role in this effort. I will also work to further develop our journal, making it a valuable platform for members' research contributions.
I will always listen to your feedback and incorporate your constructive suggestions. I deeply respect and appreciate all members who dedicate themselves to emergency procedures and on-call duties. I am committed to working hard to lead the society with all of you.
